EmotiHOME consultation fee is £150 for properties of up 4 bedrooms.

I can advise you on style, or further support you in items and suppliers sourcing.

De-cluttering

Clutter is one of the biggest reasons for a house not selling or selling at a reduced price. So, we can only agree that it's an essential step in our project to improve the saleability of your property. But sometimes letting go of your belongings is not an easy process and requires professional support.

I can support you at different levels: from the simple provision of written instructions and procedures and room-by-room advices if you prefer to go it alone to the practical support with hands on.

Home Staging Full Service

From the first visit to the complete dressing of your property, ready to go on the market.

Without worries and without wasting your time, I will work towards a quick and successful sale of your property until de-staging.

Sourcing and Personal Shopper

Looking for the suitable items to create that “wow factor” atmosphere takes time and energy. Moreover, market and suppliers knowledge can help to make good bargains. So I can do it for you!

I can also offer you rental from EmotiHOME inventory or from suppliers instead of items purchasing.

EmotiHOME Sourcing, Personal shopper, De-cluttering and Hands on Staging fee is £25 per hour, and all quotes will be given to reflect tasks and time.
